CodeFour keeps your FiveM city under control

It answers tickets from your own rules and guides, checks players’ Discord roles before they join, and tells staff the moment the server goes down. One bot and one dashboard for the whole community.

A night in your city

What CodeFour does from the evening restart to the morning review, without anyone on staff lifting a finger until they’re needed.

The city restarts

CodeFour keeps a live status message in your Discord and pings staff the moment the server goes down or comes back. The player count updates every minute.

Players start connecting

With the bridge resource on your FiveM server, each player’s Discord roles are checked as they connect. No whitelisted role means no entry, and they’re told where to apply.

The ticket rush

Members open a ticket and the assistant answers first, using your rules, your guides and the tickets your staff have already solved. It reads screenshots of F8 errors and checks whether the server is up.

Questions in #help

Every question in your support channel gets its own thread and an answer within seconds. Members press That solved it, or move the question to a private ticket.

Staff are asleep

When something needs a person, like a refund or a ban appeal, CodeFour writes a short briefing and pings your team, so whoever picks it up knows the whole story.

The morning review

The dashboard shows how the night went: tickets, response times, what the assistant solved, what each member of staff did, and payroll.

What CodeFour reads, and what it doesn’t

CodeFour keeps what it needs for the features your server turns on. You can see everything it has learned, and delete any of it.

It learns from

  • Public information channels, like #rules and #faq
  • Documents and links your staff add
  • Solved tickets, once staff approve the lesson

It never learns from

  • Private channels, unless an admin picks one
  • Age-restricted channels
  • Ticket channels and log channels

Admins can delete all of their server’s data from the dashboard at any time. If you remove CodeFour, your server’s data is deleted automatically after 30 days.

Questions server owners ask

Is CodeFour free?

Yes. Adding CodeFour and using its features is free.

Will it paste our rules back at people?

No. It answers the question that was asked, in its own words, and points to the right channel. If an answer comes out as a copy and paste of your rules, it’s reworded before anyone sees it.

Do I need to install anything on my FiveM server?

Not for live status and down alerts. For the Discord role whitelist, real player names and join and leave logs, download the codefour_bridge resource from your dashboard. It comes already set up for your server, so you only add one line to server.cfg.

How do we delete our server’s data?

Open Settings in your dashboard and use Delete this server’s data. It’s removed straight away. If you remove CodeFour from your server instead, its data is deleted automatically after 30 days.

Add CodeFour to your server

It takes a minute. CodeFour starts learning your server as soon as it joins, and you can set up the rest from the dashboard.
